Jeffery R Rogers is the founder and managing partner of BrainStorm. He has spent the majority of his career working in the field of communications. Beginning by working at a local television station at the age of eighteen (18), Jeff worked his way up through the advertising and marketing business. He eventually opened his own marketing consulting firm specializing in strategic marketing and branding. During his career in the communications business he has worked with clients such as IBM, McDonalds, NHRA, Fox Network, NBC, General Motors, Toyota, Shaw Flooring and many more.

For the past fifteen (15) years Jeff Rogers has worked as a successful and sought after seminar instructor, key note speaker, corporate mentor and coach. He has worked with professional and olympic athletes, military personnel, police officers, prominent business executives and individuals from various cultures. He uses his experience in corporate and personal communication to design workshops, seminars and individual methods to help people develop highly productive habits to ensure exceptional levels of personal and professional success. Jeff's engaging style and dynamic presence as well as his ability to empower and inspire his audiences have put him in high demand by companies seeking outstanding results for their people and events.


Todd Campbell

Todd Campbell, co-founder of BrainStorm, has worked in construction and has owned and operated his own companies since 1990. He became an expert in the flooring industry, working with flooring specialists to develop industry practices for applied construction techniques. Twelve (12) years ago, Todd felt there was a greater purpose for him and he started working with individuals, inspiring them to achieve greater success in their professional and personal lives.

For the past seven (7) years he has worked as a international key note speaker, life coach and seminar instructor. He has worked with several companies, high level executives, swat and scat teams, military personnel, professional athletes, cancer patients and individuals from all walks of life. He has been married for eighteen (18) years has three (3) sons and is a cancer survivor. He currently lives in Denver, Colorado and enjoys boating, skiing, camping and spending time with his family.


Rebecca Finken

Rebecca Finken has worked in commercial janitorial services for the last 17 years. She is still co-owner of Accurate Building Maintenance, a company she and her husband founded. Under her supervision, the company has expanded to service four (4) markets in Arizona, California, Nevada and Texas. Before that she worked in print media sales for Gannett, Ruben H. Donnelley and Donrey Companies in Nevada.

Now living in Arizona, Rebecca contributes to her community by volunteering for Rotary International and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Yavapai County. She has been matched to her 11 year old Little Sister for 3 ½ years. She also sits on the Fund Development Committee for Big Brothers Big Sisters and actively recruits new volunteers.

For the past ten (10) years, Rebecca has developed a skill and passion for coaching. Working one-on-one, she has coached men and women to higher levels in business and relationships. She has been involved in women’s leadership development seminars for the last 2 ½ years, inspiring and challenging hundreds to become more effective in their role as women. Rebecca is a world class business and relationship coach, working with people to encourage and ensure personal responsibility and growth in all areas. Considering all this, Rebecca is a natural fit, running BrainStorm’s individual coaching programs.
